To secure a space at The Legacy Centennial, click on the “Apply Now” tab to fill out an online application. Here, applicants will be able to choose their desired floor plan. The final step for securing a spot at one of our GSU and The AUC apartments is to sign a housing contract.
Our individual housing contracts last for 12 installments and are valid from August 18th, 2023 to July 31st, 2023, coinciding with Georgia State University’s academic schedule.

Residents have the option to reserve a parking spot in our controlled-access parking garage. All residents will be contacted in April to reserve a space. Parking will be an additional $125 fee per month.
Your apartment will include a full furniture package, high-speed Internet, cable, trash and access to all our community amenities. You will only be responsible for electricity and water.
The rates outlined on our website are per person, per month.
